Review summary

Guests consistently praise the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, some even receiving complimentary upgrades. The hotel's location allows for easy exploration of the city center and the Jewellery Quarter. Many appreciate the convenience of having The Button Factory next door for meals and breakfast, although a few have found the provided breakfast options within the hotel itself somewhat limited. However, some guests in ground floor rooms have mentioned experiencing noise from the front door.
The staff were AMAZINGLY helpful and polite. The room was both comfortable and spacious. I found the bed to be very comfortable and provided a restful sleep. The house itself had a lovely style and was super clean.
I did notice water damage on the walls, suggesting some maintenance is needed. The bathroom carpet felt slightly wet. The radiator in the bathroom made a constant noise.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel included a mini fridge and fans in the room for added convenience. I particularly appreciated the included bath for relaxation. Check-in and check-out processes were streamlined for ease.
Dining
8/10
A continental breakfast was provided, with a selection of items to start the day. The Button Factory pub and restaurant is right next door and serves meals. Roast dinner on Sunday is served at the Button Factory.
Service
10/10
The barman was helpful and nice, providing attentive service. The staff was responsive and accommodating, addressing all needs promptly. They looked after us really well .
